Fouy Ly, Senior Vice President for Sperry Van Ness specializes in the disposition and acquisition of retail, office and industrial properties in Southern California. Ly has been with Sperry Van Ness for over 12 years in which time he has completed transactions valued at over a billion and a half dollars. This impressive track record earned Ly the title of number one retail advisor Nationwide.

With over 280 million dollars in closings within the last 12 months, Ly attributes his success to hard work and a client focused business model.  He believes in taking care of his clients and putting their interest above his own. His dedication for delivering value has enabled him to list more properties and close more transactions than other brokers at other firms. Ly obtained his bachelor's degree in Finance from the California State University, Fullerton. 

Ayra Milton serves as Transaction Manager for the Ly Investment Group of Sperry Van Ness. Ayra is responsible for implementing and managing marketing campaigns and managing operational services. She serves as a critical liaison to third parties involved in the transaction process. Ayra manages escrows and contracts from offer to close, including lender relations and appraisals; escrow opening, instructions, amendments and deadlines; city requirements; 1031 exchanges; and contingency removals. Ayra is also responsible for tracking new business development leads, database management, and ensuring the precise execution of every marketing plan for every property. Ayra graduated from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California with a Master of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Management at the Graziadio School of Business and Management.
