Fouy Ly, Senior Vice President for Sperry Van Ness specializes in the disposition and acquisition of retail, office and industrial properties in Southern California. Ly has been with Sperry Van Ness for over nine years in which time he has completed transactions valued at over a billion dollars. This impressive track record earned Ly the title of number one retail advisor Nationwide.

With over 280 million dollars in closings within the last 12 months, Ly attributes his success to hard work and a client focused business model.  He believes in taking care of his clients and putting their interest above his own. His dedication for delivering value has enabled him to list more properties and close more transactions than other brokers at other firms. Ly obtained his bachelor's degree in Finance from the California State University, Fullerton. 

Chris Marquis provides advisory and transactional services for investors of shopping centers, retail properties, and single tenant assets throughout Southern California. Chris has spent his entire life around retail real estate investments, as he comes from a family whose syndication business owns and manages over 35 assets and 2,000,000 square feet in multiple states, including California.  Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Chris worked in acquisitions for Treadwell Robertson, Inc. a prominent developer located in Orange County.  At Treadwell Robertson, he was responsible for market research and financial analysis assistance on new projects for the development team. Chris graduated from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Finance at the Marriott School of Management.
